- Administering an international client portfolio including complex structures.
- Managing the set up and day-to-day administration of companies while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws in force.
- Keep up with new regulatory requirements and follow up internally on their implementation.
- Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and reporting obligations.
- Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
- Familiarity with gaming industry compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Review client files and ensure that all companies are maintained in compliance with local laws and regulations on an ongoing basis.
- Undergoing regular independent review of client portfolio and updating of client’s status, providing of suggestions for any further services required.

- Providing support to team members.
Skill-sets and Requirements:
- At least one year of experience working as a Compliance Services Officer.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language, other languages are an asset.

The specialist will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining ongoing monitoring procedures to detect and address any changes in customer risk profiles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive KYB due diligence assessments on new business relationships, including collecting and verifying customer information, conducting screening against sanctions lists and watchlists, and analyzing financial data for unusual patterns.
- Develop and maintain written KYB procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UK Gaming Regulatory Consultant located in Birkirkara. The UK Regulatory Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that clients comply with relevant UK laws and regulations. This includes identifying and assessing regulatory risks, providing advice and guidance to clients on relevant regulations and requirements, and assisting clients with compliance-related issues.
Qualifications
- Experience with Gaming Licence applications in the UK
- Native English speaking
- At least 5 years of experience interacting with UK authorities
- Good knowledge of UK laws and regulations, with a focus on gaming, data protection and privacy laws
- Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with clients and working effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
