Due to further expansion in Curaçao, IGA Group ltd. is seeking an Account Manager to fulfill the following duties:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and handling client requests in a timely manner.
- Providing corporate assistance to potential and existing clients.
- Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters
- Maintain the corporate files.
- Assistance with the setting up of new companies, preparation, and submission of statutory filings.
- Communicating with the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce and other regulatory authorities.
Skill-sets and Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Good verbal and written command in English and Papiamento, Spanish and Dutch are a plus
- Must be able to work independently and have strong planning skills
- Knowledge of AML and CFT laws and regulations is a plus
- Reliable, high level of integrity and work ethic.

Due to an expansion of the Curaçao, office IGA Trust is seeking a Junior Account Manager to fulfil the following duties:
- Managing office communications, including handling emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Organising and maintaining office supplies, documents, and equipment to ensure a professional environment.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including coordinating schedules and managing logistics.
- Maintaining and updating records and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitoring administrative processes to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Tackling ad hoc tasks and projects to help meet deadlines and contribute to the company’s success.
Skill-sets and Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Papiamentu, English, and Dutch.
- A professional and approachable demeanour, with a proactive and punctual work ethic.
- The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience with tax portals is required.
- Relevant work experience in a trust or corporate services environment is highly valued.
