What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of international clients
- Assisting clients with corporate matters, licensing, compliance, and onboarding
- Handling document filings with the Chamber of Commerce and other regulatory bodies
- Preparing company resolutions, extracts, and certified documentation
- Coordinating tax-related items with third parties and advisors
- Communicating directly with government entities such as the Curaçao Gaming Authority
- Keeping client files and internal records up to date and audit-ready.
What We Expect from You:
- HBO (College) Degree in Law, Business, Finance or similar
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamento are a plus)
- Experience working with online task-management tools is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Eager to learn, grow, and receive feedback with a proactive attitude

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing daily office communications, including emails, scheduling, and phone calls
- Organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and documentation
- Supporting the team with the preparation of corporate document requests and reports
- Maintaining internal records and databases with precision and confidentiality
- Communicating with external parties (notary offices, Chamber of Commerce, Curacao Gaming Authority)
- Handling ad hoc administrative tasks and supporting ongoing team projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative or office management experience
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication in Papiamentu, English, and Dutch (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- A professional, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Experience with tax portals and/or task management tools is highly valued
- Prior work in trust or corporate services is a major advantage.
