Skills and Qualifications Required:
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in yachting and aviation will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Support the planning, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the company’s compliance programme.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure alignment with MFSA, EU, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and fieldwork to test adherence to internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance standards.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports, including risk assessments, examinations, and monitoring reviews, for management and the Board.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, and documentation across the company.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate services provider, law firm, or fiduciary environment.
- A degree at MQF Level 6 or higher in Law, Finance, Compliance, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional certification (e.g., ICA, CSCP).
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk assessments, corporate governance, and relevant legislation (MFSA Rulebooks, GDPR, company law).
