This role is crucial in converting incoming inquiries from social media, email and website contact forms into clients. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent sales skills, capable of building relationships and guiding potential customers through the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from social media, email and website contact forms.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Convert leads into customers through effective sales communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries and conversions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skill set and requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Experience handling inbound inquiries and managing a sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Attending to all customer queries, concerns and comments posted to the company’s social media platforms.
- Creating and reviewing all social media posts for accuracy and ensuring inappropriate content is removed.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
- Attending social media-related meetings as required to represent the company.
- Staying informed on social media trends, innovations and changes.
- Running company social media advertising campaigns, preparing media coverage.
- Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online attendance.
- Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
- Able to handle events including tackling logo designs, business cards, designs and dealing with suppliers for the gaming fair stand.
Skill set and requirements:
- At least one year of experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language, other languages are an asset.
- Ability to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information.
- A team player but able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.).
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Take minutes of meetings and dictations.
- Assist in office management and organisation procedures.
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events.

- Managing portfolio of client accounts and liaising with clients directly.
- Reviewing monthly book-keeping and reconciliations.
- Preparing management accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis.

- Assist clients in any job related needs.
- Execution of any other task related to the duties of the position and requested by the Senior Management or Supervisors of the company.
- Assisting in the internal companies’ accounting requirements.
Skill set and requirements:
- BSc/ACCA in Accounting (partly qualified applicants will be taken into consideration as well).

Key Accountabilities/Key Activities:
- Reviewing documentation and verify that it meets the compliance requirements stated by the respective gaming authority;
- Ensuring that clients are compliant with the applicable legislation, and are operating in accordance with the Authority’s directives and policies;
- Reviewing and monitoring compliance of client’s systems and put forward recommendations on ways to improve;
- Ensuring completion of reviews and technical infrastructure examinations, and to provide independent, objective assurance and recommendations;
- Formulating and/or maintaining the processes/policies required to achieve the objectives of the Department;
- Liaising with other company departments as necessary;
- Participating in meetings and/or calls with prospective clients or general queries;
- Ensuring the goals and functions of the company and the department are met and that professional standards are maintained at all times;
- Carrying out any other duties/tasks as may be instructed from time to time by management.
Technical/Professional Expertise:
- Diploma in areas related to computer science or information systems is considered as an asset;
- Previous experience in information systems and financial auditing is considered an asset, but we also encourage those with a strong interest in the IT industry to apply;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, handle multiple engagements, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to identify high-risk areas, presenting your findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing;
