Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP):
Property Investment:
- Purchase: Minimum purchase value of €375,000.
- Lease: Minimum annual rent of €14,000 regardless of the location in Malta.
Administrative Fee: €50,000.
Minimum Networth: Show assets worth at least €500,000, with at least €150,000 in liquid assets, or assets worth at least €650,000, with at least €75,000 in liquid assets.
Government Contribution: €28,000 if purchasing property, or €58,000 if leasing property.
Philanthropic Donation: €2,000 to a registered NGO.
Additional Fees: €10,000 for each dependent parent or grandparent.
